MARK CHRISTIAN D. LUCIANO

 

Atty. Mark Christian D. Luciano is a corporate and litigation lawyer who has been a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 2013. He obtained his bachelor’s degree (B.A. Political Science, Magna Cum Laude) and law degree (Juris Doctor, Dean’s Medalist) from the University of the Philippines.

Before joining the Firm, he worked as an associate lawyer at Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos Law Offices (“Picazo Law”), a prominent full-service law firm in the Philippines. At Picazo Law, he, among others, (a) handled the corporate secretarial and retainer accounts of local and international corporate clients; (b) engaged in special projects including mergers and acquisitions, bidding for Public-Private Partnership projects, and due diligence audits; (c) represented clients in civil, criminal, and administrative cases pending before the courts and the various agencies of the Philippine government such as the National Labor Relations Commission and the Department of Trade and Industry; and (d) registered patents and utility models with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.

After being with Picazo Law for more than three (3) years, he joined Kittelson & Carpo Consulting (“K&C) where he primarily assisted foreign investors set up businesses in the Philippines. At K&C, he advised clients on the different modes of entry into the Philippine market and the various incentives available to foreign investors.

Mark, who is also a licensed real estate broker, hails from the province of Bulacan. He was one of the delegates of the Philippines to the 2006 ASEAN People’s Assembly.
