Assistance in filing application for various permits such as Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), Permit to Construct (P/C) and Permit to Operate (P/O) with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
Generally acts as consultant and adviser on any legal, tax, and business matters affecting clients.
Keep clients in compliance with numerous governmental regulations.
Guide clients in paying correct taxes and eliminate payment of unnecessary taxes.
Increase efficiencies of client's internal records.
Assist in the purchase or sale of assets and/or business.
